Dear collegue, I'm a librarian and I'm trying to convert the thesaurus that my library is using in our catalogue system in SKOS. You can see my first experiment at the URI: http://www.biblio.liuc.it/scripts/thesauro/tutto.asp The file is large, about 4,5 mByte and it is generated from a SQL-server any time you asked it, so it may be slow. I'm working for completing a version that use AJAX for expanding the thesaurus starting from the top terms. You can find the first result of this experiment at the URI: http://www.biblio.liuc.it/scripts/thesauro/top.asp At the moment it works only in Microsoft Internet Explorer, I'm going to fix the code also for the others browser. I have some doubts about the treatment of the collections. I'm showing them with all their members, with some problems when they are nested. The program doesn't follow the tree at the second level if it find a collection, I need to check this condition but I'm also not so sure that it may be useful for the users. Perhaps may be better showing the label of the collections and leave users the possibility to open the set. Thank you in advance for any comment.
