There's a SWBP telecon on the 11 July, the plan is to assign reviewing tasks then, I don't think it matters exactly when the review starts.  We should however aim to end the review process and publish new Working Drafts by 10 August at the latest - the official heartbeat for publication of drfats by a W3C WG is 3 months.
