Because this bears on the current thesaurus/ontology discussion, I thought
I'd post a link to this:


... which is a first draft of a section for the SKOS Core guide, describing
out to define extension of skos:Concept, including how to represent
'fundamental facets' in RDF.

This is right in the space of mixing SKOS, RDFS and OWL within a concept
