TIF to SKOS

I've written some rules that convert TIF to the current version of SKOS.
They are online at

They work with CWM [1].  So for example I used the following command to
convert the GCL thesaurus ...
 
cwm.py gcl.tif.n3 --filter=tif_to_skos.n3 > gcl.skos.n3
