"Minutes" from 2026-Jan-19 W3C Equity CG

Hi y'all,

Beckett and I met today and reviewed the draft equity maturity model
document I started. We decided that I will make a few adjustments ahead of
our meeting on February 2, 2026, and provide a fresh draft by then.
