Minutes from August 14, 2023, Equity CG meeting

We are evolving the accessibility maturity model for equity, and plan to continue this when Sheri is present, since she has all the background.
I provided the MITRE Framework for Assessing Equity and Bruce and Tzviya looked for additional assessment frameworks.
