EPUBCheck v5.2.0

Hi everyone, 

Happy new year!

EPUBCheck v5.2.0 was released on December 30 and is available at the following page:

  https://github.com/w3c/epubcheck/releases/tag/v5.2.0

This is a production-ready maintenance release, which can be used to check conformance to EPUB 3.3.
