[a11y] Calendar for 21st November accessibility task force call

Dear all,

 

In last accessibility task force meeting, we decided to schedule our next
meeting on November 21, 2024, at 16 UTC. This is due to Thanksgiving
holidays and other events, with makes meetings on 2nd and 4th Thursday of
November difficult. This is a onetime change, and we will resume our regular
meetings on 2nd and 4th Thursdays, after November.
