[a11y] No accessibility task force call on August 8

Dear all,

 

Since this is holiday season for U.S. and Europe, we are cancelling the full
group accessibility task force call of August 8.

We will utilize this time slot for editors' call to accelerate the
publishing of user experience guide for accessibility metadata.
