[a11y] Calendar for accessibility task force (Publishing CG) meetings

Dear all,

 

We decided in our last accessibility task force call to have our bi-weekly
meetings at 15 UTC instead of 14 UTC.

The calendar file for the same is attached. Please delete existing 14 UTC
calendar entry from your system.
