Updated calender invite after switching of clocks

Dear all,

 

After switching of clocks, our accessibility task force meeting (Publishing
CG) will be held at 15 UTC, instead of 14 UTC. It will maintain the same
meeting time in U.S. and Europe.

Please delete the previous calendar entry and add the attached one.
