[A11Y] draft A11Y metadata crosswalk with MARC21 & definitions

Dear all,
Thanks to Chris Oliver and Chris Carr, the updated draft for a A11Y
metadata crosswalk including MARC21 references and definitions of
properties is available for review at
https://w3c.github.io/publ-a11y/drafts/a11y-crosswalk-MARC/index.html
Adding the definitions makes the tables larger but also helps the
understanding. Usability of the whole set will have to be discussed.
With regards,
Gautier.
