The time is 15 UTC https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Accessibility+task+force+meeting%3A+Publishing+CG&iso=20220224T15&p1=1440&ah=1

On March 13 North America changes time. So, meeting on Feb 24 and March 10 should show at 10 AM eastern.
While March 24 meeting would show at 11AM eastern. This is because I used UTC as the reference.
I will send another calendar invite for March 24 and beyond.

The attached ICS lands on my calendar at 11 am Eastern, but the time and date link suggests it should be 10 am Eastern. If it’s definitely 15:00 UTC, the calendar object might be wrong.
