[a11y] Request to Review the changes done to User experience guide for accessibility metadata (in Publishing CG)

Dear all,
In the last call of Accessibility task force (Publishing CG), the task force made decisions on all the pending issues of User experience guide for accessibility metadata.
Thanks to Gregorio for incorporating all the changes in the documents!
