[a11y] Notes on ONIX codelist 196

Dear all,
as mentioned by Luc in the call of the accessibility taskforce, here are attached the notes that Fondazione LIA, through the Italian committee, have sent to EditEUR on the codelist 196 of ONIX. The codelist 196 is the one that describes the accessibility features of ebooks: https://ns.editeur.org/onix/en/196

As you can read in the document, these are some notes based on the mapping of the current values, compared to the requirements of the EPUB accessibility guidelines 1.0.

We are waiting for feedback from EditEUR, for the moment for any doubt or clarification just write me.
