[a11y] Doodle poll for Accessibility Task Force for User Experience Guide for Accessibility Metadata

Dear all,
There was substantial progress made on User experience guide for accessibility metadata following the action items of our previous EPUB 3 CG Accessibility TF conference call.
So, it is the right time to have another conference call to review the changes and determine the steps ahead.
