EPUB 3.2 Changes (Draft Community Group Report 05 December 2018)

Hi There,

Hope I am not being too pedantic but I was consulting your draft report on
changes from 3.1 to 3.2 and got a bit stuck on this sentence which I think
should be revised.
https://w3c.github.io/publ-epub-revision/epub32/spec/epub-changes.html

1 Introduction

Change:

> (A given version of EPUB is said to be strongly backwards-compatible with
> an older version if and only if any EPUB publication conformant to the
> older version is also conformant to the newer version).

To:

> (A given version of EPUB is said to be strongly backwards-compatible with
> an older version, if and only, any EPUB publication is both conformant to
> the older version and also conformant to the newer version).

Warmest Regards,
