Changes to accessibility conformance and summary

Hi folks,

 

We have two open pull requests to update the accessibility specification and
techniques.[1][2] The first changes the conformance string pattern so that
it is more human readable and the second changes the accessibility summary
property from a required to recommended field.

 

We've discussed making these changes extensively in the publishing community
group, but before merging we want to make sure everyone in the working group
is aware of the changes and has a chance to review them. To that end, we're
going to leave the pull requests open for another week before merging them.
Please feel free to comment on the changes if you have any issues with them.
