[a11y] No accessibility TF calls for EPUB 3 WG in October

Dear all,
 
This is just a reminder. 
In our September 23 accessibility task force call (EPUB 3 WG), we decided to skip the task force calls in October.
We will meet again in November.
 
Please remember to join Publishing groups + APA sessions at TPAC. On October 25 (14 UTC) and October 28 (14 UTC).
I will send the calendar invites as soon as it is available from APA.
