[a11y] Report of an ongoing Japanese Industrial Standard for ISO/IEC 23761 (EPUB Accessibility)

Dear colleagues,

My committee is actively creating a JIS draft.  We
will complete the draft early next year.  It will
become a JIS in 2022 (June?).  It will have two
informative annexes specific to this JIS.  One is a
list of terms (in English and Japanese).  The other
is a general consideration of accessibility requirements
specific to Japanese EPUB publications.
