RE: FYI: The Structural Semantics Vocabulary note has been published

The usage details are defined for various properties. For example, see
https://www.w3.org/TR/epub-ssv-11/#h_indexes

 

They're more "fields" than "sections", granted. I expect we could strike
that sentence, though, and simply put proper references on the
specifications where they're cited (looks like only Indexes and Region-Based
Nav).
