Re: ISO SC 34/JWG 7, new work item for digital publications?

I have not seen the agreement between W3C and JTC1,
but from what I have heard in SC34, PAS submissions
from W3C appear to be maintained by JTC1 directly rather
than SC34/JWG7.  Is this true?
