[a11y] Minutes of Accessibility TF (EPUB 3 WG) meeting held on Thu, June 24, 2021

Dear all,

The minutes of Accessibility task force meeting of EPUB 3 WG, held on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 14 UTC are available at 1. 
Thanks to Charles for scribing, and thanks to Ivan for publishing the minutes.
The accessibility task force will be taking a break from regular meetings in July because we have achieved most of the objectives. We will resume the meetings from August 12 onwards. There is a possibility of organizing an ad hoc meeting in July if something urgent comes up.
