last night the Federation of European Publishers published the open position paper on technical specifications for ebooks for the European Accessibility Act.

The next con call of Accessibility task force (EPUB 3 WG) is scheduled on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 14 UTC.

Proposed agenda:
(June is the deadline for documents for EU accessibility act, so it takes precedence in the agenda)

1. Finalize the explainer document for the European union representatives.
Thanks for providing your feedback. Cristina, Gregorio and Luc have been incorporating them. Gregorio will share the link to the final document.

2. Mapping of the requirements of European accessibility act to EPUB Accessibility specifications. If we are satisfied with it, then we should approve sending it to whole EPUB 3 WG for approving it as working group note.
