[zh-Hant] Intention of translation

Dear group members,

This is an intention mail to translate the EPUB 3.2 family of
specifications into Traditional Chinese (zh-Hant).

Since EPUB 3.2 specs are CG specs., not W3C TRs, according to the "IPR
policies for W3C translations"[1], I should contact the authors/editors and
receive permission.

Many former editors from and recently CG editors contribute to the EPUB 3.2
spec documents. And now it becomes the mission of EPUB3 WG.

So please allow me to send this translation intention to EPUB3 WG and cc
the w3c-translators@w3.org mailing list.

===========================

Here's the Intention to Translate[2].
