Testing TF

For some reason I thought the testing TF was meeting at 9:30 Pacific, not
sure how I managed to add thirty minutes in my head. Did it actually meet?
I popped by about five minutes before it was scheduled to end and no one
was in the room. I also didn't see an agenda posted. In any case, belated
regrets if it did happen.
