Re: [Minutes] EPUB WG Locator TF minutes 2021-04-21

Greetings, 

I made my best to further organize & categorize the use cases and create new ones, which represent core RS features = last reading position, bookmarks and annotations. I create a specific group for "resilient locators", i.e. a characteristic all types of locators should be able to support to a certain extent. 

There are some I don't understand, therefore I didn't touch them. And IMHO we should delete some unclear or redundant use cases here. 

Note: I don't believe that deep-linking in the EPUB world is feasible in practice, except for the user case involving a "reading list" handled by a reading system.
