[a11y] Subgroup for EU accessibility directive and EPUB accessibility

Dear all,
In EPUB 3 WG charter we have a deliverable for aligning EPUB accessibility for adoption in Europe.
We have made a subgroup in Accessibility task force for ensuring that EPUB accessibility is aligned to EU accessibility directive to the extent it is feasible.
The current participants of the sub group are Luc, Christina, Gregorio, George, Matt and Avneesh.

The first step for us is to create a mapping from functional requirements of EU accessibility directive to the success criteria of EPUB accessibility + WCAG 2.x. The work in progress wiki is at.
