[a11y] Minutes of Accessibility TF (EPUB 3 WG) meeting held on Thu, Dec 10, 2020

The draft minutes of Accessibility task force meeting of EPUB 3 WG, held on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 15 UTC are available at 1. 
Sorry for delay in sending out the minutes. Ivan and I got into chain of discussions for correction of automated extraction of minutes, and I forgot that I had not sent the minutes.

Thanks to Matthew Chan for scribing, and thanks to Ivan for correcting extracted minutes for GitHub issues.

Our next meeting will be next year, in second week of January 2021.
