Re: ARRM in WAI site IA/nav

Thanks for the quick reply, Jenn. (I wanted to check in with Sharron this morning before replying. :-)

We do need to pick one primary "home" for it. We can then link to it from other places.

I needed to make an initial decision for the WAI site preview. So for now it's under Planning. We can change that later if needed.

Also, we can link to it from Design and Develop, like these others: https://www.w3.org/WAI/design-develop/#other-design-and-development-resources
