Language proficiency competencies in Schema.org

Greetings,

I'm working on expressing an academic Resume/CV in schema.org vocabulary.

I'm wondering if anyone has described language competencies. CV's often
carry the languages that a person is familiar with, or feels comfortable
using in a professional capacity. In the field of linguistics there can be
individuals with quite a range of skills and languages.
