Edits to the Requirements Analysis for 2021 Revision

Good Morning,

First I want to thank you all for your patience. Like so much in the past
year - the past few months have not "gone to plan." I am committed to
seeing this page through and I would love to increase my involvement with
the WAI over time.

In regards to the requirements doc: I have taken another run at it here:

I was unable to edit the Wiki but wanted to ensure I got you all
information this weekend as promised. I ran it through the Hemmingway
editor and without the previous notes, it is down to a 7th grade reading
level. This should help the non-native team members relate to the content.

If you'd like me to make these changes directly to the Wiki we'll need to
revisit my permissions. I am happy to meet early next week to resolve that
if needed. Otherwise, please advise as to our next steps.
