ARRM Planning for upcoming weeks (planning for CSUN)

Hello everyone,

As discussed yesterday on the EO planning meeting, we met this morning to
go through our plan and next steps to get ready for CSUN, and have as much
of our work show up on the EO site in time for March. We came up with a
plan and timelines, which I'm laying out for you below.

Starting this week, we are shifting our focus back on our founding
documents so that they can be ready for review by the EOWG in early
February. As the EOWG will be reviewing these documents, we will put
together our proof of concept for a role-based checklist, using the UX
Designers as an example. We will then share that with EO as well, and based
on the feedback we gather from that, we'll make the necessary changes, then
create the other 3 checklists following the same format (VD, CA, and FED).

We'Re hoping that all of this good stuff can be uploaded to the EOWG site
in tim for CSUN. We really it's pushing things a little bit, but as we
discussed on the call yesterday, mauve it's worth it so that everyone who
will discover this shares URLs that are within our EOWG environment, as
opposed to some other random site. We can always iterate quickly and bring
in new updates and improvements on a very regular basis after that.
Especially if we get to present this work at AccessU as well, we WILL be
making improvements to our presentation and these resources between March
and May.

I believe this would also put us in a good spot when it comes to showing
and documenting some of the great work conducted by the EOWG for the
Charter renewal later this summer.

   Week of 02/03-07
      - Denis: Develop the template template for the UX Design PoC
      - Denis/Bill/Sean: Bringing the latest version of the Roles
      Definition document back into the wiki
      - Jen/Lewis: Bringing the latest version of the Role-Based Decision
      Tree document back into the wiki
      - EOWG: Preparing/sending out the survey (as part of Work for this
      week)
   Week of 02/10-14
      - Bill: Finalizing our draft of the UX Design List document based on
      Denis' template (as a proof of concept)
      - EOWG: look into all 3 documents (Role Definition, Role-Based
      Decision Tree, UX Design PoC)
      - All: CSUN presentation preparation and planning (slide deck, pace,
      exercise)
   Week of 02/17-21
      - All: Digest and incorporate feedback from EOWG into our documents
      (into the wiki)
      - All: Finalizing our draft of the other roles based on revisited
      template (Visual Design, Content Authoring, Front End Development)
   Week of 02/24-28
      - All: Last finishing touches to this first official drafts
      - EOWG: Approval to post drafts, documents uploaded on the EO site
      (unlinked URLs)
      - All: Working on the CSUN presentation
   Week of 03/02-06
      - All: Finalizing CSUN presentation, based on documents created

So this is what the plan looks like in a nutshell. We can start planning
meetings with EO to show all of this, and prepare them for feedback ASAP.
