UnDoc 1.4.10 & 1.4.11 - Planning Review and Sign Off

Hello Brent & Norah,

I apologize that it took so long for me to reply. I wasn't planning to review them in any detail at all. I quickly skimmed it in Dec with the intention of replying "fine by me", but then I had concerns with something right up front, so I debated next steps... and put it off. :-(

After exchange with Brent, I see that the sentence I'm uncomfortable with came from elsewhere, not EOWG UnDoc folks. I replied separately to Brent that I think the UnDoc team should edit those statements as needed.

Please note that as written, they do not fit well under "Intent" -- the couple I read start with "Ensure that...". (In their source document, they are under "Rationale" and preceded with "Objective:".) So overall, I think they need to be placed elsewhere &/or worded differently (or not included).

Regardless of the overall decision on these sentences, in 1.4.11 the sentence has other problems. It says: "Ensure important visual information such as graphics and icons meets the same minimum contrast that is required for larger text."
While this might be OK for someone who is very familiar with WCAG 2.0 success criteria, it's not good for people who aren't -- it's dependent on knowledge of "minimum contrast that is required for larger text".

Finally, one very minor thing I noted on quick skim is a couple of US spelling corrections: colour -> color; organisation -> organization.

No other comments from my quick skim.

Thanks much to the UnDoc team for your work on this!

Best,
~Shawn
