Curricula visual design, images/icons

[+ public-eo-plan]

Hi Shadi, Daniel, Hidde, Brent, Sharron,

I am excited that we are doing more with visual design, such as the images in the business case <https://www.w3.org/WAI/business-case/> I'm also planning icons and images for the media resource <https://github.com/w3c/wai-media-guide/issues/9>.

While I think images are great for most resources on the WAI website, I'm thinking that images/icons are much less important for the curricula, given the target audience and use cases for the curricula. (and if we used them, it might add a little complication overall, e.g., if a conceptual image is used for something in the curricula, we probably shouldn't use it for something different in an other resource, so that limits options.)

Therefore, maybe we don't want images/icons in the curricula?

Happy to discuss as useful...

~Shawn
