Thanks Eric. Let's put this on the agenda for weekly planning tomorrow.
Previously we spoke of allowing editors to have discretion in making
changes and submitting that list to EO for routine review and opportunity
to comment. We should formalize that process.

I am also thinking about adding change logs to the resources, so I did
one experimental one for the business case:

(Of course there are features missing and I am thinking about the
approach regarding versioning numbers and layout/linking.)
