Redesign beta getting closer

Hi Shawn, Sharron, & Brent,

I have uploaded the new site to 
[/WAI/beta/](https://www.w3.org/WAI/beta/). I have locked out search 
engines for now (because we don’t want duplicated content to show up 
there).

Some content might have links that don’t work or go to old content. I 
try to address as many of those links as I can before the beta, but I 
don’t have too much time left to put into the project.

If you find anything weird or missing (images, for example), feel free 
to drop me an email and I will put it into a prioritization :-)

I’m looking forward to announcing the beta at the end of the week!
