Perspective Videos Repository Change

Shadi made me aware yesterday that the scripts for the videos were 
situated at the GitHub.io preview URL. When I made the change to allow 
for preview of the _new design_, those scripts were not available 
anymore as they did not belong to the deliverable that has been ported.

Shadi was unaware that not everything in the preview would be ported 
over and I wasn’t aware that there is content other than the actual 
deliverable in this repository.

As we can’t have our cake and eat it, too, meaning there is always 
only one preview of an repository, I created a new repository for the 
perspective videos, called https://github.com/w3c/wai-perspective-videos

I have moved some issues over there, too. I’ll try to update 
documentation as I come across it.

I have reverted the old https://github.com/w3c/wai-showcase-examples to 
its state before the change.

_Reminder_ that content on GitHub.io preview URLs is supposed to change. 
If you need content to refer back to later that is not part of the 
actual resource/deliverable, best use the EO wiki or wikis on GitHub.

I apologize for not clearly communicating that before.
