Re: Updating Training Resource Links [was: Checking In]

Hi Vivienne,

Are y'all comfortable editing HTML?

If so, you can just make the changes in the attached files, and then send them back to us.

Eric or I can take care of getting it updated in GitHub, the existing website, and then the redesigned website.

Best,
~Shawn

I can't quite wrap my tired brain about how to put this into a form that Eric can upload, mainly because of the way everything opens up in expanded form and links to so many items down the track when you follow the links. Perhaps we need a separate call to work this out.

Harjit has now populated the whole spreadsheet (yay!), and I’m attaching a copy here for you. I’m very appreciative of her hard work, and I’ve now asked her to add in another column to show duplicate locations for links as some of them show up in various topics and it would be good to make sure we don’t miss any when we update them.

It will give her a good opportunity to see what the resources look like. I won’t get her to make any notes or outcomes recommendations though, as she is not familiar enough with the processes of EO.

I’m thinking of showing Harjit how to add the links to the sheet so that I can start to incorporate more decisions. I’ve added all of Shawn’s comments on the various resources, so it is getting there. I’m hoping to be able to give an update at tomorrow’s meeting and share it with you before then. It won’t be completely populated, but you’ll be able to see where I’m going with it.
