Not too late at all and very insightful and helpful - thank you!  Brent
agreed with you about the tight timeline and has "loosened" it :)

I will add to the project plan in the wiki as your issues, the following:
- information is dense, is hard to find what you need
- would benefit from more current case studies
- understanding/presentation of business methodology needs updating

Please let me know if I missed anything or feel free to change on the wiki.
