Chairs

Hi all, we have a few suggestions for work items [1] so far...

I now suggest we look at appointing co-chairs to begin managing the process of our Community Group.

There are a number of options:
 1 - A poll
 2 - Accept/Propose Nominations

My suggestion is that we follow 2) and look at nominations from/of our members.

Any other thoughts?
