Martin, it is noteworthy that forum topics include open data and one of the aims is to "develop actionable road maps." It will be interesting to see how the plans that come out of the event aim to foster and support the usage of open data. It would be good if those plans themselves were published in an open, standard, machine-readable format, like StratML.
