Updates for W3C eGov new topics and no meeting for May 3

Hi all--

Due to a combination of schedule conflicts and transition to both a new community group format and new topics, Tomasz and I are canceling the meeting tomorrow.  As a reminder, we will next be discussing the topics of "transparency" and "impact" of eGovernment, with recommended dates below.  Tomasz and I would like to interweave these two topics, covering each with several meetings in each time zone.  We think they are inter-related and therefore it makes sense to talk about them in context with each other.

This will time well for reports to both the W3C meetings and the ICEGOV conference in October.

If you are interested in speaking on one of these topics, or you have a recommendation for a speaker, please let me know!
