All, I am testing the Topical Searches for the StratML (StrategicPlans) I made from the FACA data base of US Federal Government Committees. Two apps may be fun: 1) http://www.rustprivacy.org/faca/samples/displayStratMLcitation.html This provides a LOC MODS citation based upon the selection of Agency and Committee. View Source to see the XML, uses the MODS HTML stylesheet. 2) http://www.rustprivacy.org/faca/samples/displayStratMLcorrespondants.html This provides a citation to a Committee Interest Word Cloud of declared Topical Interest Areas, as well as a list of co-responding Agencies and Committees (i.e. with the same "top" interests (LCSH) - their Policies and Strategy should be aligned, although their terminology differs.). No style sheet. The LOC was kind(?) enough to release a new version of MODS two days ago :-( These pages need to have the validation tested against the new schema. But, if you have some time this weekend ... comments welcome.
