W3C eGov meeting - Monday 3 September 2012, 9:00 - 10:30 London time

Dear All,

The next meeting of the W3C EGOV Interest Group will take place on
Monday 3 September 2012 from 9:00 to 10:30 London time. This will be
the third and the last (for now) meeting focusing on the government
use of social media. The meeting will include three perspectives on 
this topic from Oman, China and New Zealand.

We will need a member of the group to help scribe. This is essentially
taking notes in the IRC chat during the teleconference to capture the
key points of the discussion. If you are able to volunteer to scribe
for the next meeting (or interested for future meetings), please
