The email thread circa Jan 26 is where the 'plan'  (current ) for this sig
was outlined and discussed... That noted, I also wonder about a Wiki link,
and support your proposal forba 'bit of sharing'  (which of course could be
facilitatedvvia list or wiki 'about me' spaces etc., rather than in
'meeting modem per se...

Please note my interest in your outlines new work/project on distributed
decision making processes for governance and policy, so please do keep us
updated on this and note my personal details and projects link below to see
why...
