Thank you. Brand Really very neat stuff :) My synthesis of Mash-Ups is a more elaborate version of TBL's "Bag of Chips", but actually more along the lines of Tufte's work. I use a Biochemistry (Protein) metaphor on the theory a Scientist can dismiss a computer as an elaborate video game or graphical numerology, but Natural Science is "work related" and cannot be ignored :) For your purposes, it might ease the visualization of the transformation from EXCEL/CSV to RDF (The reverse of a Mash-Up). As a Health Care Bonus, there is an easy way to redact Personally Identifiable Information from Health Care Records. This of course should be done before a data set is published, but the method does allow some prior evaluation to avoid really big mistakes. Comments welcome ... Gannon J. Dick Sorry I missed the telecon this morning. I was going to report on my work on the CHDI Warehouse and Dashboard at http://healthitgov.wik.is/ and my work to improve Data.gov/semantic at http://federaldata.wik.is/Data.gov%2f%2fsemantic. Brand
