Hello all This is an intial blanket message to the list concerning Task Force 4 - Best/Better Practices for Using Web Technologies to Deliver Government Services. First off - please place [Type|TF4] at the start of the subject line to make it clear that your message relates to Task Force 4 - Type refers to the type of message it is - FYI, Query, etc. Anyway - I just wanted to canvas the list / Group as to their initial thoughts on this Project - I'd love to hear suggestions on what we should focus on / include, links, case studies, user stories, links to governance/policy that you or your Department Ministry uses - you name it. Keep them short, keep them simple. We'll likely come back to you for a more in depth explanation later, but for now I'd just like to assemble a body of information as a starting point. Even if you're not involved directly with this project, and don't normally post to the list (I'm looking at you, all you lurkers out there) - let us know what you think!! Oh - and please feel free to translate this into your native language and forward it on to others or back to the list to make it read better for non-English speaking list members :) Thanks in advance, and looking forward to hearing from you all. Cheers Chris Beer Co-ordinator - Better Practices for Using Web Technolgies to Deliver Government Services Project Invited Expert - W3C e-Gov Interest Group
