Brand, AIIM's StratML Committee is in the process of specifying Part 2 of the StratML standard, which will address the elements of performance plans and reports. At this point, we don't plan to go down to the level of budget justification documents or work activity guidance (WAG). However, the communities responsible for those documents should specify and publish XML schemas (XSDs) for them, and those documents should reference goal and objective statements documented on agency Web sites in conformance with Part 1 of the StratML standard (ANSI/AIIM 21:2009) as the authoritative source. If anyone would like to help specify Part 2 of the StratML standard, they'd be more than welcome. The next StratML Committee telecon is scheduled for Wednesday, February 3, at 1:00.
