Using dcat for Open Bibliographic Data

at the hbz (North Rhine-Westphalian Library Service Center, one of six library networks in Germany) we experimented with dcat for describing openly licensed exports of library data. I have now documented these efforts in English at https://wiki1.hbz-nrw.de/display/SEM/Using+dcat+for+Open+Bibliographic+Data to give the people working on the vocabulary some feedback.
